1. Bulkhead removal  
2. Bulkhead Replacement 
3. Repair Rotten Deck balsa 
4. Fill all holes
5. Prep deck for paint
6. Paint/Gelcoat deck
7. Refit all the hardware
8. Check the Transom Thru hulls
